What does the expert technical assistant psychologist do?
The technical assistant psychologist is hired by the parties to the dispute to follow up with the process. Its role can go far beyond the activity of evaluating the psychological report of the judicial expert. The technical assistant also formulates documents ranging from the creation of judicial questions (questions), guidance to the lawyer on topics involving the relationship between Psychology and Law, document analysis, litigant assessment, among several other activities. In the end, the technical assistant psychologist will generate a document contemplating divergent and agreeing comments on all aspects pertinent to his area appearing in the process. This document is called "critical opinion".
